Macau’s dessert culture is rich and diverse, ranging from Portuguese egg tarts to macanese pudding, all of which are memorable. Serradura pudding is one of the representative Portuguese desserts in Macau. It is made by alternately stacking and freezing crispy biscuits. In Portuguese, it is called Serradura (meaning sawdust), and the name comes from the fact that the fine crumbs of biscuits scattered on the surface resemble sawdust. Traditionally, it is made from jelly and Mary cake crumbs and needs to be frozen before consumption. It has a unique taste and texture.

Just like the wood shavings cake, Macau Beer also showcases the characteristics of Macau. Since its establishment in 1996, Macau Beer has been constantly innovating in packaging and taste, which coincides with the evolution of Macau’s dessert culture. The two jointly interpret Macau’s inclusiveness and creativity.
